You have been beautifully designed to birth and to nurture your baby. I’d like to encourage you to find the support you need to feel strong and confident and to trust this amazing process!

sTANDARD birth package**
$1,350
~ INTERVIEW – This is complimentary via Zoom
~ 2 PRENATAL VISITS – For birth education and preparation, reviewing your options and goals and making plans for the kind of birth that you’re hoping for
~ SUPPORT – By text, email, and phone throughout the rest of pregnancy, and “on call” from 3 weeks before your due date
~ LABOR – Continuous support throughout your labor and up to 2 hours after baby’s birth
~ FOLLOW-UP – one postpartum visit within 2 weeks
**The Standard Birth Package is my basic offering for birth support. For first-time parents, I highly recommend an additional prenatal visit to allow enough time to cover the range of topics from pregnancy to postpartum, and we can discuss additional postpartum support, as well. Other PACKAGE OPTIONS and RATES are available upon request.
If you’re interested, please contact me! I’d be more than happy to share other options, and we can talk about what might work best for you.
POSTPARTUM support
$40-50 hourly
Whether you’re thinking of doula care for just those first few weeks…or the first few months, together we can come up with a unique package that will meet the needs of you and your family!
Day shifts of 4+ hours are available, however I’m not offering overnights for now.
Longer term postpartum support (more than a few visits) is limited to families who are situated within a 30-min drive from my own home and family❤️
Makes a wonderful shower gift for moms!

Payment options
As a certified perinatal doula with Doulas of Rhode Island, I’m qualified to work with insurance in RI state and am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield RI and Neighborhood Health Plan. I also accept Tricare as I’m honored to work with military families.
Unfortunately, insurance coverage is still limited in Connecticut. We still encourage families to call and check with their insurance company, and to look into their FSA/HSA’s as those funds are often approved for doula services.
